Skylights:  Innovative Homeworks is Velux certified.  We also work with local custom manufactures for custom sized skylight installations.  We also fabricate and install our own fixed skylight unit. 

 

Basement Remodels:  Many homeowners are seeing the value of “mother-in-law” suites in these times of increasing cost of living and ARM mortgages.  IH is well versed on all of the special problems associated with turning an old an leaky basement into comfortable living space.

 

Laundry Rooms and Bathrooms:  These require the coordination of many tradesmen to perform highly specialized tasks in these areas.  IH keeps many of these tradesmen as in house workers, so that your bathroom remodel is completed in a timely fashion with little downtime waiting for the next tradesman to show up.  

 

Handyman Tasks:  No job is too small.  Although we like the larger projects, we see handyman work as a way to get to know a homeowner better, before they approach us about the large bedroom addition they have been looking forward to building.
