We have a reliable group of permanent in-house workers. When the need for subcontractors arises, we generally use only subcontractors with which we have established working relationships.

PROFIT SHARING - for in house workers.

As the owner operator of IH, I feel that a vested interest in the company creates better results from employees. Our employees as company stakeholders prove this on a daily basis.

PROJECT MANAGER SOP 

We have the over 75 points of procedure on how to: start up a job, run it, finish it, and manage workers and subs. We send our new project managers to our own in-house seminar covering this subject, before sending them into the field.

CHANGE ORDERS

Extra work that crops up on a project, above and beyond the contractual obligations, involves change orders. We handle change orders as they arise, keeping the client up-to-date and informed about their project.
